We cover every possible individual, at each and every relevant bank (established with the client prior to execution of the mandate). We identify and profile each and every possible hire and select out only the very best for you, according to your precise criteria as defined prior to execution of the mandate.  
       
  Stage 2: We guarantee to produce for you a full shortlist within 7 days of formal commissioning of the mandate. Each shortlist is part of a new search of the market. This is achieved each time through a fresh search of the entire market. The shortlist contains full and complete details to enable you to select the best candidates for your business from the total available pool of talent. Details that include; full details of current role, all relevant job details, professional titles and dates of employment (as well as additional details that may affect the decision to hire such as their specific stock coverage and client coverage); complete career history from first to current job; a breakdown of their academic and vocational qualifications; and details of current remuneration i.e. each and every piece of information you will need to base hiring decisions upon.  
       
  Stage 3: We guarantee all initial candidate contacts, briefings and meeting arrangements will be made on the first day of instruction to approach, removing unnecessary time wastage.
